Q: Do you guarantee your work?
A: No, we do not provide any guarantee whatsoever. This is an entertainement and novelty service. You are using-purchasing our service for enjoyment, but at your own risk. If you pay via Paypal, they provide both of us some mutual protection.
Q: How do I know that your translation is 100% accurate then?
A: Our first source for biblical names and spellings is the Orthodox-Jewish Artscroll Tanach, and our secondary sources are Hebrew dictionaries, and so on. We have been doing Hebrew tattoo designs since 2005 and it is now 2021, and during this entire long, long duration, we have had zero complaints. Yes, zero. In over fifteen years we have made zero mistakes, had zero lawsuits, zero legal settlements; zero...zero and ZERO.
Q: So why the extreme terms and conditions?
A: The sad and harsh reality is that both Canada and America are filled with many opportunistic, frivolous, malicious minded peoples who seek to shamelessly profit off of litigation and in particular, forcing expensive settlements out of honest, hard working businesses. Our Terms and Conditions protect us so that we can continue to create your beautiful Hebrew tattoos.
Q: I want my translation completed and emailed to me by X date because I have an appointment with a tattoo artist?
A: We complete all orders on a first come first serve basis, without exception. No budding the line. Some orders really take time to finish for a variety of reasons.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: There are no refunds.
Q: How do I receive my tattoo design?
You will receive it in an email in approximately 3 - 30 days after you have paid in full. We do not mail physical translations by post.
Q: Why does it take so long to receive an order?
We do all orders on a first come, first serve basis. Some orders are tremendously complicated and require us to do many hours of research and design which then holds every other order up. In some cases, orders are quick and easy and we may have even done it already and have it in stock, in which case we have been able to reply back within minutes, but only on a first come first serve basis.
